Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden. Add ginger, garlic and tomatoes, then cook until soft. Add chicken and cook for a few minutes. Add MDH Chicken Curry Masala according to taste, mix well and cook until the spices are aromatic. Add water as required and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the gravy reaches your preferred consistency. Serve hot with rice, roti, naan or chapati.
